User research method report
The initial website launch includes the following content: blog, founder bios, and 2-tiered book subscription commerce option. To test the efficiency, effectiveness, and user affect of these features among the target market, a two-part usability study has been designed.

To show off Normal Books’ personal touch, we are launching an online book subscription service. For one low—and I mean low—price each month, friends of Normal Books can receive a custom-tailored book in the mail.
